personenbezogene Daten im Sinne des Art. 4 Nr. 1 DSGVO zur Verfügung, die zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Online-Bewerbung und zur Durchführung des Auswahlverfahrens benötigt werden (Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. b DSGVO, Art. 9 Abs. 2 Buchst. b DSGVO, Art. 88 DSGVO i. V. m. § 26 Abs. 1 BDSG). Pflichtfelder sind mit dem Zusatz „Erforderlich“ gekennzeichnet.
Im Bewerbungsprozesses werden durch eignungsdiagnostische Methoden (Interview, Online-Test, etc.) weitere Daten zur Entscheidungsfindung erhoben.
Ist deine Bewerbung erfolgreich, werden deine Daten im Beschäftigungsverhältnis weiterverwendet. Ziehst du deine Bewerbung zurück (was jederzeit möglich ist) oder ist deine Bewerbung nicht erfolgreich, werden deine Daten spätestens 6 Monate nach Abschluss des Bewerberprozesses vernichtet.

Es ist der AOK connect GbR ein besonderes Anliegen einen höchstmöglichen Schutz deiner persönlichen Daten zu gewährleisten. Deine persönlichen Daten, die im Rahmen deiner Online-Bewerbung bei der AOK connect GbR erhoben und verarbeitet werden, sind durch technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen gegen unberechtigte Zugriffe und Manipulationen geschützt und werden unter Einhaltung der geltenden gesetzlichen Datenschutzbestimmungen streng vertraulich und verantwortungsvoll behandelt.

Mit dem Hinweis zum Datenschutz zu Beginn der Online-Bewerbung informieren wir dich darüber, welche Daten wir im Rahmen deiner Online-Bewerbung erheben, zu welchen Zwecken wir diese Daten speichern und verarbeiten, welche Daten wir ggf. an von der AOK connect beauftragte Dienstleister im Rahmen des Bewerbungs- bzw. Auswahlverfahrens weitergeben und wann wir die Daten wieder löschen. Im Rahmen des Bewerbungsverfahrens werden deine persönlichen Daten - soweit für die Bearbeitung deiner Bewerbung erforderlich - innerhalb der AOK connect GbR den zuständigen innerbetrieblichen Stellen zugänglich gemacht. Deine Daten werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.
Wir speichern deine Daten und Unterlagen unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben zur Aufbewahrung für die Dauer von höchstens 6 Monaten nach Abschluss des Bewerberprozesses.

Bewerbung mit LinkedIn-Profil
Du hast die Möglichkeit, deine Eingaben durch dein LinkedIn-Profil zu ergänzen. In diesem Fall erhalten wir nur die von dir zur Verfügung gestellten Daten, die in der Bewerbermaske abgefragt werden. Diese kannst du nach dem Hochladen bearbeiten. Wir erhalten keine weitergehenden Daten über dich von LinkedIn. Auch übermitteln wir dabei zu keinem Zeitpunkt Bewerberdaten an LinkedIn.

Auftragsverarbeitung
Die von der AOK connect GbR mit dem Online-Bewerbungsformular erhobenen Daten werden ausschließlich durch einen vertraglich gebundenen Dienstleister im Rahmen einer zweckgebundenen Auftragsverarbeitung entsprechend den datenschutzrechtlichen Vorschriften verarbeitet.
Unser Dienstleister ist die Personio GmbH, welche eine Personalverwaltungs- und Bewerbermanagement-Software anbietet (https://www.personio.de/impressum/). Personio ist in diesem Zusammenhang unser Auftragsverarbeiter nach Art. 28 DSGVO. Die Grundlage für die Verarbeitung ist hierbei ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung zwischen uns als verantwortliche Stelle und Personio.

Verschlüsselung
Deine Daten werden für die Datenübertagung mit Hilfe der TLS-Verschlüsselung geschützt, so dass sie für Unbefugte nicht zu lesen sind.

Datenprotokollierung
Beim Besuch dieser Seite verzeichnet der Web-Server automatisch Log-files, die jedoch nicht automatisiert ausgewertet werden.

Sicherheit
Aus technischen Gründen, insbesondere zu eigenen Sicherheitszwecken, speichert der Server unseres Dienstleisters vorübergehend deine Internet-Protokoll-Adresse (IP-Adresse), Webbrowser und Webbrowser-Version, das Betriebssystem, sowie den Zeitstempel des Zugriffs.       

Betroffenenrechte
Sofern durch uns als verantwortliche Stelle personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet werden, hast du als betroffene Person in Abhängigkeit von Rechtsgrundlage und Zweck der Verarbeitung bestimmte Rechte aus Kapitel III der EU Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO), dabei ggf. insbesondere Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Recht auf Berichtigung (Art. 16 DSGVO), Recht auf Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO), Recht auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18 DSGVO), Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO), Recht auf Widerspruch (Art. 21 DSGVO). Processing of (personal) data by the operator of the recruitment website

General information

This recruitment website is operated by Personio SE & Co. KG, which offers a human resource and candidate management software solution (https://www.personio.com/legal-notice/). Data transmitted as part of your application will be transferred using TLS encryption and stored in a database. The sole controller of this data within the meaning of article 24 of the GDPR is the enterprise carrying out this online application process. Personio’s role is limited to operating the software and this recruitment website and, in this context, being a processor under article 28 of the GDPR. In this case, the processing by Personio is based on an agreement for the processing of orders between the controller and Personio. In addition, Personio SE & Co. KG processes further data, some of which may be personal data, to provide its services, in particular for operating this recruitment website. We will refer to this in more detail below.

Access logs (“server logs”)

Each access to this recruitment website automatically causes general protocol data, so-called server logs, to be collected. As a rule, this data is a pseudonym and thus does not allow for inferences about the identity of an individual. Without this data, it would, in some cases, be technically impossible to deliver or display the contents of the software. In addition, processing this data is absolutely necessary under security aspects, in particular for access, input, transfer, and storage control. Furthermore, this anonymous information can be used for statistical purposes and for optimizing services and technology. In addition, the log files can be checked and analyzed retrospectively when unlawful use of the software is suspected. The legal basis for this is §25 subsection 2 Sentence 2 TDDDG. Generally, data such as the domain name of the website, the web browser and web-browser version, the operating system, the IP address, as well as the timestamp of the access to the software is collected. The scope of this log process does not exceed the common log scope of any other site on the web. These access logs are stored for a period of up to 7 days. There is no right to object to this.

Error logs

So-called error logs are generated for the purpose of identifying and fixing bugs. This is absolutely necessary to ensure we can react as quickly as possible to possible problems with displaying and implementing content (legitimate interest). As a rule, this data is a pseudonym and thus does not allow for inferences about the identity of an individual. The legal basis for this is §25 subsection 2 Sentence 2 TDDDG. When an error message occurs, general data such as the domain name of the website, the web browser and web-browser version, the operating system, the IP address, as well as the timestamp upon occurrence of the respective error message and/or specification is collected. These error logs are stored for a period of up to 7 days. There is no right to object to this.

So-called cookies are used on parts of this recruitment website. They are small text files which are stored on the device with which you access this recruitment website.
